CTP Transport, Inc.

CTP Transport is an intermodal trucking company servicing all of California. Our company focuses on
ocean container shipments between the Port of Oakland and California's Central Valley region. We have
interchange agreements with all of the major steamship lines and railroads. In addition to serving the
Port of Oakland, we also can provide service from the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach as well as
all railroad ramps within California.

Our main terminal is located in Manteca, which is approximately 70 miles east of the Port of Oakland.
We are conveniently located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, home to over 25% of the United
States' agricultural production.

CTP Transport was founded by Cory T. Peters, a fourth generation
trucking company executive. Mr. Peters' family owned and operated
Ted Peters Trucking Company for 80 years. During that time, Ted
Peters Trucking became known as the premier container trucking
firm in Northern California. In 1999, Ted Peters Trucking Company
merged with another Northern California firm. Within a couple years,
the Peters family sold its ownership and moved on. Shortly
thereafter, CTP Transport was established.

CTP Transport was created to become the premier container trucking firm in Northern California. Due
to a perceived lack of true customer service in the intermodal industry, CTP Transport aims to give
customers what they want – consistent, reliable, honest service and reasonable prices. CTP
Transport is a place where everyone from employees, drivers and customers are all on the same
page, working together to achieve the same goals.
