| Fuel Surcharge Our fuel surcharge chart is calculated using the U.S. Department of Energy On-Highway Diesel Fuel Prices for the California Region. To find out the most current prices via the DOE website, click on the fuel pump below. We adjust our fuel surcharge on the first day of each month. The fuel surcharge is applied at the time the order was received. We also send out a monthly fuel surcharge e-mail. | Accessorial Charges In addition to our regular base rates, the following accessorial charges may apply: Certified Weights - $40 for certified light/heavy weights. Chassis Rental Charges - These charges apply when Steamship Lines do not provide chassis, or special chassis is required: Regular Chassis - $40 for live-load/live-unload service. - $70 for drop/pull service, 5 days free, $25/day after that. Tri-Axle or Spread Axle - $100 for live-load/live-unload service. - $150 for drop/pull service, 5 days free, $40/day after that. Steamship Lines NOT providing chassis: ANL-US Lines (March 2011) CCNI (March 2011) CMA (March 2011) Hamburg Sud (September 2011) Hapag Lloyd (August 2011) Hyundai (December 2011) Maersk (October 2010) NYK (September 2011) OOCL (May 2011) ZIM (January 2012) Chassis Splits - $80, this includes all containers originating/terminating at BNSF or UPRR Oakland ramps. Delay Time - If drayage rate is <$500, 1 hour free time, each additional hour billed at $60/hour. - If drayage rate is >$500, 2 hours free time, each additional hour billed at $60/hour. Driver Count / Driver Assist - $60/hour, begins upon arrival. No free time. Per-Diem / Demurrage Advance - Per-Diem or Demurrage bills that are not the responsibility of CTP Transport will be billed at cost plus administration fee of $15 for invoices under $250, $25 for invoices above $250. CTP Transport is responsible for per-diem charges after 24 hours notification from shipper/consignee of container availability. Refrigerated Containers - Subject to $150 surcharge Stop-Off - En route stop-off is $100, out of route stop-off varies by mileage, consult your CTP CSR. Yard Pull / Yard Storage - $100 stop-off charge, first night free. $25/night begins on second night. Any per diem charges incurred due to yard storage will also be passed along. |
